Amy Paluso values relationships, hard work, and making life a little brighter for everyone she meets. Born and raised in sunny Southern California, Amy has always embraced an active, adventurous lifestyle. From cheering and gymnastics during her school years to playing co-ed soccer with her husband, she knows the importance of teamwork and dedication.

Before entering the insurance industry, Amy earned a degree in Child Growth and Development from San Diego State University and enjoyed a fulfilling career in child care, managing large preschool centers and even co-owning a music and movement program for kids. In 2017, she brought her energy and passion to Orr & Associates, diving into the fast-paced world of insurance with enthusiasm and expertise.

Licensed in many states, Amy specializes in personal and commercial insurance, excelling in building tailored solutions for her clients. Known for her lightning-fast response time and personal touch, she is always available—whether by phone, email, or text—to answer questions and guide clients through their insurance needs.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, bike rides, country concerts, and traveling with her high school sweetheart, Tony, and their growing family. A volunteer for animal foster programs, she’s also passionate about giving rescue pets a second chance. Fun fact: Amy once appeared on The Price is Right!
