Originally from a small rural town in Northwest Ohio, Lindsay Greear grew up in a close-knit community where everyone knew everyone—and even celebrated “drive your tractor to school” day. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minor in Autism Studies from Defiance College.

She and her husband, Bryce, were married in June 2025 and have two daughters, ages 10 and 4, along with their Beagle, Charlie. Outside of insurance, she enjoys gardening, creating natural skincare and cleaning products as an herbalist, and homeschooling her children.

Before entering the insurance industry, Lindsay worked in social work providing therapeutic services for children. While she loved helping others, the work was emotionally demanding, and she sought a career that allowed her to continue supporting people while maintaining a healthy balance for her family. Insurance provided the perfect path.

She passed her licensing exam in September 2025 and joined Orr & Associates the following month. With her background in social work, she brings empathy and understanding to every client interaction, guiding them through important decisions with transparency and care.

Lindsay shares Orr’s core values of Friends, Family, Faith, Fitness, and Fun, and is proud to be part of an agency that truly lives by them.
