Born and raised in Oceanside, CA, Kimberly’s childhood was marked by the challenges and unique experiences of being a military brat. Her father, a Marine for 22 years, was often away, and with her mother working, Kimberly and her sister were raised as latchkey kids. Through it all, she learned the value of hard work and determination. Her sister, who is mentally and physically disabled, also played a significant role in shaping Kimberly’s compassionate and attentive nature.
Kimberly began her professional career at the age of 18, and after years of gaining experience in customer service, she found her calling in the insurance world. For seven years, she worked with American Spa & Pool Pros (ASAPP), specializing in general liability insurance for pool contractors. Kimberly’s expertise in this niche grew, and her love for working with contractors and protecting their businesses fueled her passion for the industry. In 2024, she joined Orr & Associates, where she’s been able to expand her skills and further her mission of helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, staying active with long walks and hikes, and enjoying new experiences. Though she is still working on finding a cause to become passionate about, her commitment to self-improvement and growth is evident in both her professional and personal life.
