Jeremy Quilimaco is a Texas native, born and raised in Midland, where the oil and gas industry shaped both the community and his career interests. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and went on to serve as a police officer for fifteen years in Austin and Midland.

After a long tenure in law enforcement, Jeremy transitioned into the insurance industry, drawn by the opportunity to help people in new ways. Leveraging his deep knowledge of the oil and gas sector and the region’s rapid construction growth, he specializes in coverage for energy, construction, and contractor clients. Known for his face-to-face approach, Jeremy values building lasting relationships and educating clients so they feel confident in their coverage.

Jeremy joined Orr & Associates in 2024, attracted by the agency’s supportive culture and commitment to client success. Outside of work, he and his wife Hanna enjoy camping, kayaking, and exploring Texas state parks with their daughter Jane and two dogs. His long-term goal is to open his own office, serving West Texas and the Hill Country with the same dedication and personal touch he’s built his career on.
