Bethany grew up on a farm in rural Oregon, where hard work and community values shaped her from an early age. A lifelong musician, she began teaching violin at just 12 years old and, by 17, launched a music program with her father, a band director, for homeschool and private school students across three towns. For many years, she balanced teaching violin, piano, and choir with raising her children before eventually shifting into a new career path.

In 2020, ready for a fresh challenge, she entered the insurance industry as an assistant and quickly discovered a passion for helping small businesses protect what matters most. Licensed in 2024, she recently joined Orr & Associates as an independent agent. With her background in construction through her husband’s career as a supervising electrician, she brings unique insight and value to clients in the trades. She is known for her commitment to excellent customer service, striving to make each client feel like her top priority while ensuring they receive the best coverage at competitive rates.

Outside of work, she and her husband of 24 years enjoy life with their teenage son, daughter and son-in-law.
