Gabriel Figueroa Santiago is a dedicated insurance professional focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses make confident decisions about protecting what matters most. Originally from Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, Gabriel built a strong foundation in service, discipline, and leadership that continues to shape his approach to client relationships today. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, where he developed analytical and problem-solving skills that support his work in risk assessment, policy analysis, and insurance planning.

With over three years of experience in the insurance industry, Gabriel specializes in Personal Lines coverage, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies. As a fully bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, he is especially passionate about serving the Hispanic community by breaking down complex insurance terminology and helping clients clearly understand their coverage options.

He joined Orr & Associates in 2026, drawn to the agency’s supportive culture, independence, and commitment to empowering agents to deliver client-first insurance solutions. Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and volunteering with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where he mentors athletes and encourages leadership, faith, and character both on and off the field.
