Raised in the Southern California desert community of Palm Desert, Victoria Cossey grew up immersed in the construction industry, with parents who built custom homes. From learning how to swing a hammer to witnessing the intricacies of project management, her childhood instilled a deep understanding of the trade. Family adventures of water skiing, camping, hunting, and fishing also shaped her love for the great outdoors—an appreciation that continues to this day.

Joining Orr & Associates in 2013, Victoria is licensed in several states and specializes in construction insurance, including workers’ compensation, general liability, umbrella/excess, auto, builders risk/course of construction, state/municipal bonds, bid/performance bonds, cyber liability and professional liability. Leveraging firsthand experience in the industry and strong customer service skills, she helps clients protect what they work so hard to build. A standout success includes resolving a client’s $44K workers’ comp audit bill, turning it into a $12K refund through meticulous advocacy. Her client’s are happy to know she can also takeover their personal coverages of Home, Auto, Boat/RV/Off-Road toys, Motorcycles, etc. Victoria is a one stop shop for her clients and carries Property & Casualty licenses in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Colorado and Washington.

Now based in Lubbock, Texas, Victoria is a proud mother of two sons. Her eldest is a lineman, married to an amazing equine animal vet technician, while her youngest is a U.S. Navy veteran pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Texas Tech. In her downtime, Victoria enjoys camping, off-roading, and soaking in sunrises and sunsets, often accompanied by live music or a quiet moment on the porch.
